Draft for review

Website terms of use

Draft. Last revised 31 October 2026.

Not yet legally approved. This document is a draft prepared for review. It has not been reviewed or approved by legal counsel and does not yet represent a binding commitment. The contracting entity, the governing law and the dispute venue were settled on 30 October 2026 and are stated below. The liability and indemnity positions are not, and are listed at the foot of the page.

Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by CPvL Enterprise, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Tallyvant is a product of CPvL Enterprise, Inc.; references to “Tallyvant” on this page mean that company. Legal notices may be sent to legal@tallyvant.com. A registered postal address for service has not yet been published here, and a reviewed version of this page should state one.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the public Tallyvant website. They are not a licence to use the Tallyvant application, and they are not a services agreement. Access to the product is governed by the separate Tallyvant Terms of Use, accepted at sign-up before any data is uploaded, together with any order form, data processing addendum or business associate agreement the parties sign. Nothing on this website creates any of those.

Information on this site

The website describes a product that is pre-production. Descriptions of functionality reflect what is built at the time of writing and may change. Illustrations of the interface use synthetic data and are labelled as such; the figures in them are invented for illustration and are not results obtained by any customer.

Nothing on this website is financial, accounting, tax, legal, insurance, or benefits advice. A finding produced by Tallyvant is a claim supported by evidence, not a determination of what anyone owes. Decisions about disputes, refunds, deductions, and coverage remain yours and your advisers’.

No guarantee of recovery

Tallyvant does not guarantee that any amount will be recovered, credited, or refunded. It does not submit disputes to carriers, and whether a carrier accepts a claim depends on your contract with that carrier and on facts outside this product.

Acceptable use

Use the website for its purpose. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system, do not interfere with its operation, do not submit the contact form by automated means or for any purpose other than a genuine enquiry, and do not use it to transmit unlawful content.

Do not send employee records, medical information, or other sensitive personal data through the contact form. It is a contact form, not a secure transfer channel, and we ask you not to use it as one.

Intellectual property

The Tallyvant name, the mark, the wording, and the design of this website belong to Tallyvant. You may read, link to, and quote from the site with attribution. You may not present it as your own or use the branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Availability

The website is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the applicable law permits, Tallyvant is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. The precise wording and any cap belong in a reviewed version of this document.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this website, and both parties submit to that jurisdiction.

Before starting proceedings, please write to legal@tallyvant.com describing the dispute. Most things are faster to resolve that way.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website, write to security@tallyvant.com. Please do not test against the authenticated application, and please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue before disclosing it.

Privacy

What this website collects, and what it does not, is set out in the privacy notice, which is also a draft.

Changes to these terms

These terms will be revised, and the date at the top will change when they are. While they are marked as a draft, they describe the basis on which the website is offered rather than a concluded agreement.

For the reviewer. The entity, the governing law and the venue are now settled. Open items before this can be published as approved: the registered postal address for service, the liability cap and its carve-outs, an indemnity position, a notice-and-takedown route, and whether website terms and product terms should remain separate documents.
